Description
Insólito (in Spanish, French and Italian translation) expresses something rare, unusual and pushing the boundaries. And so is the limited edition rum blend Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask from the Dominican Republic!
It is a pioneering rum, inspired by rosé wines from the Provence region in France. After blending, it was filtered through charcoal and then matured for three years using the solera system in ex-wine Tempranillo barrels.
This rum is best enjoyed in a glass with grapes, blueberries, currants and blackberries. We recommend serving neat, without ice at room temperature. Only 33 300 bottles were produced!
