Bombay Sapphire Sunset is a special aromatic edition of flavored gin, which brings a warmer, spicier, and more citrusy version of the classic Bombay Sapphire style. It is inspired by the golden light of the setting sun and created as the ideal gin for evening, refreshing serving.

The base consists of the typical combination of 10 exotic botanicals of Bombay Sapphire, to which three distinctive ingredients are added – Spanish mandarin, Indian white cardamom, and golden turmeric. The mandarin brings a fresh citrus note, the cardamom adds aromatic spiciness, and the turmeric provides a gently warming, earthy tone.

The result is a complex yet beautifully balanced gin with notes of citrus, spice, juniper, and subtle herbal warmth. Bombay Sapphire Sunset shines in a simple serving with tonic, ice, a slice of orange, and star anise.
