Aikan whiskey undergoes double aging. The first takes place in Scotland for three years and the second on the island of Martinique for one year. What makes AIKAN unique is the second aging in rum barrels in the tropical climate of the island. Whiskey aged in these conditions of temperature and humidity are very rare and recognized for its quality.
Aroma: rich and pleasant, vanilla and fruit accompanied by candied orange, apricots, almonds, tones of sugar cane
Taste: soft tones of oak, smoke, nutmeg and cinnamon
Conclusion: nice caramel, vanilla, coconut and cappuccino
