Whisky Aikan undergoes double aging. The first takes place in Scotland for three years and the second on the island of Martinique for one year. What makes AIKAN unique is the second aging in rum casks in the tropical climate of the island. Whisky aged in these temperature and humidity conditions is very rare and recognized for its quality.
Aroma: rich and drinkable, vanilla and fruit accompanied by candied orange, apricot, almonds, notes of sugar cane
Taste: subtle notes of oak, smoke, nutmeg, and cinnamon
Finish: pleasant caramel, vanilla, coconut, and cappuccino
