Tokaj Spirit was established in 2012 and has since become one of the most innovative and significant producers of liqueurs in Hungary. The brand's goal is to bring premium specialties and build Tokaj Spirit into an internationally recognized name that represents quality, creativity, and a modern approach to traditional craftsmanship.

The brand's factory is located in the Tokaj region, a world-renowned wine region where the legendary Aszú wine is also produced. The local climate and soil conditions provide an ideal environment for producing high-quality fruit distillates – especially pálinka, Hungary's national fruit distillate. Since its inception, Tokaj Spirit has focused on presenting a new, modern face of Tokaj tradition and its products can now be found in supermarkets and bars across Hungary.

A turning point in the brand's development was 2016, when it partnered with the largest Hungarian producer of cream liqueurs. Since then, it has created a wide portfolio of products made exclusively from premium ingredients – Dutch cream, free-range eggs, craft whisky, quality spirits, natural aromas, and spices. The use of Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa and Belgian chocolate underscores the brand's commitment to sustainability and fair sourcing of ingredients.

The core portfolio includes chocolate, egg, tiramisu, and whisky liqueurs, distributed under the Tokaj Spirit brand as well as private label products for retail chains. The brand has also gained fame for its creativity – among its new products are chestnut, coconut-chocolate, salted caramel, and bourbon-whisky liqueurs, as well as seasonal specialties like pumpkin liqueur for Halloween, gingerbread for Christmas, and Love Potion with chocolate and strawberry flavor for Valentine's Day.

In 2020, Tokaj Spirit launched the first vegan cream liqueur in Hungary, made from coconut oil according to a recipe developed under the supervision of V-Label International Vegan Society. This Coconut & Almond liqueur has become one of the brand's most successful products, winning a gold medal in London and an "Excellent" rating in New York.

Today, Tokaj Spirit is expanding beyond Hungary – supplying its products to Austria, Croatia, Slovakia, Serbia, and China, and regularly showcasing at the Prowein Düsseldorf and Anuga Cologne trade fairs. The brand thus combines Tokaj tradition, quality, and modern innovations, becoming a significant representative of Hungarian liqueur production on the world stage.
