Description
Caol Ila Parcel No. 7 is a 10-year-old Scotch single malt whisky that was distilled in 2011. After distillation, it was filled into four ex-sherry barrels, in which it matured for 10 years. The barrels gave it a pleasant fruity taste with hints of pepper and grapes.
After maturing, it was filled into bottles by the independent bottle manufacturer Elixir Distillers, which included whisky in the limited series The Single Malts of Scotland. This series focuses mainly on the best and tastiest whiskis from all over Scotland.
The Single Malts of Scotland Caol Ila is really very good, but especially quality whisky with an incredibly pleasant sweet aroma of cotton candy, lavender, maple syrup and basil. It comes from the Islay area.
