Traditional and premium Irish barley blended whiskey The Quiet Man Traditional Irish Whiskey , which matured in bourbone barrels. With a high proportion of barley and unusual smoothness. Pot distilled three times. Whiskey is named after the father of the distillery's founder, who was a bartender. An incredible number of stories came to him behind the bar, which he liked to hear but did not comment on and quietly kept to himself.
