The Demon's Share Rum 12 Year Old

The Demon's Share Rum 12 Year Old chose Panama to produce his favourite drink. That's where the sugar cane is grown on volcanic soils, which after fermentation, distillation using the Column Still method and maturation becomes this exceptional rum. The malt has been matured for at least 12 years in American oak barrels, which makes its aroma intense and its taste less sweet than other rums from this excellent Panamanian brand.

The result of the whole process is a penetrating and wonderfully fragrant rum with notes of liquorice, wood and a final lingering hint of coffee and cardamom. This rum has been named La Recompensa del Tiempo, which means The Reward of Time.

The rum has been bottled at 41% alcohol and comes in a stylish gift tube. The whole visual is darker than its predecessors with black and gold details.
