Description

Fortune favors the bold. As early as 1830, Charles Tanqueray was not afraid to mix his bold ideas. His ingenious pursuit of perfection paid off, and he created Tanqueray London Dry, a perfectly balanced drink and one of the most awarded gins in the world.

The gin is 4-times distilled and is enriched with the flavors of four different herbs and spices, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and licorice.

Tanqueray gin survived the bombing of London during World War II. The only building from the original distillery that remained standing after the German air raid in 1941 was the part with the distillation equipment. This fact is often mentioned as a symbol of the brand's resilience and proof that "fortune truly favors the bold."
