Star of Bombay

Gin Star of Bombay is a bolder expression of the signature style of Bombay Sapphire. With two additional botanical ingredients that have been carefully selected and then slowly distilled for a more intense flavor.

It adds a new rich dimension to the original recipe. Ambrette seeds sourced exclusively from Ecuador. And delicately dried bergamot orange peel handpicked in Calabria.

To maintain the integrity of the 12 botanicals, the process is slowed down using steam infusion and they are distilled longer. This ensures a rich aroma and deeper flavor.

Bombay Sapphire is distilled using a completely unique process that is only used in four distilleries in the world. Unlike other gins that are distilled together with herbal ingredients, Bombay Sapphire is distilled pure without additives. To achieve its unique taste and aroma, the spirit undergoes what can be simply described as "herbal steam." This process allows all the aromas to be fully absorbed. The result is a complete flavor sensation.

This makes Star of Bombay an exceptionally smooth gin that you can enjoy neat in a Martini or in various modern cocktails.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 47.5% with a volume of 0.7 l.
