Spytail Cognac Barrel is a Caribbean rum (Trinidad and Guyana), which is transported in oak wood across the Atlantic to France, where it matures for 3-6 months in cognac barrels. The Spytail combines the art of Caribbean distillation and traditional French blending. It is a modern combination of traditions.
