Distillates are created through honest distillation of fermented fruit or grain. Unlike mixed liqueurs, they are a pure product without added artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. Their taste depends directly on the quality of the raw ingredients and the craftsmanship of distillation – from fruit selection to aging in glass or wood.

True distillates, not liqueurs

In the production of true distillates, alcohol is obtained directly from the mash, not from diluted spirit. Thanks to this, these brandies have a full and natural taste, with a smooth finish and clean aroma. Whether it’s traditional Slivovica, Hruskovica (pear distillate), Marhulovica (apricot distillate), or grain distillates, each has its own distinctive character.

How to drink them

Distillates are best enjoyed at room temperature, in a small tasting glass, to allow their aroma to fully unfold.
