Seven Tails XO

The unique and innovative brandy Seven Tails XO comes from southern France with a new production and blending of brandy. It contains the highest quality French distillates in abundant numbers, a total of 7.

This brandy is inspired by medieval alchemy. Just as alchemists used multiple ingredients in their elixirs to conjure something incredible, so it is in this case. It consists of distillates: Cognac aged 8 and 10 years, Armagnac aged 4, 20, and 30 years, and French brandy aged 3 years. The entire blend then undergoes aging together in barrels that previously held port wine, enriching the brandy with an additional layer of flavor.

The visual of the bottle is also stunning, having won many awards. The bottle features the head of a fox. The fox is in alchemical iconography the guardian of the elixir. Bottling took place with an alcohol content of 41.8%.

Taste: pralines, dried figs, pecans, marzipan
