Almave Humo Non-Alcoholic Espadin Agave Spirit is designed to bring the atmosphere of traditional Mexican mezcal, including the process of roasting agave in the ground (pit-roasting) on volcanic stones and using the native agave Espadín from the volcanic regions near the Popocatépetl volcano in Puebla.

Although fermentation and alcohol production are omitted, Humo retains a complex profile, characterized by smoky, mineral, and earthy-spicy notes. On the nose, you will sense roasted agave, mineral smoke, and a subtle hint of black smoky fruit or charcoal.

On the palate, this non-alcoholic spirit is earthy-herbaceous, with tones of warm spiciness, gentle sweetness of piloncilla (raw cane sugar), a dry smoky impression, and an earthy texture. The finish is distinctly smoky, dry, earthy, with a robust character, ideal for sipping alone in the afternoon or evening, or as an ingredient in complex non-alcoholic cocktails.
