Sarajishvili VSOP
Sarajishvili VSOP is carefully blended from proven wine distillates, with the oldest member of the blend reaching 12 years of age. Maturation takes place in smaller oak barrels, which allows a rich flavour profile to develop – dried fruit, cinnamon, vanilla and other sweet spices.
The colour is dominated by an amber hue with a subtle golden sheen. The aroma is fruity and oaky, with clear notes of plums, dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spices. It is smooth and velvety on the palate, with a pleasantly bitter-sweet taste and spicy nuances, pastries, figs and a fruity undertone of plums.
The Sarajishvili brand has its roots in 1884, when it was founded by Georgian scientist and philanthropist David Sarajishvili, who was the first in the Russian Empire to introduce brandy production using the French method. Just three years later, he launched his first product on the market and the brand won prestigious awards.
The bottles contain 40 % alcohol, have a volume of 0,7 l and are supplied in gift boxes.
