Sarajishvili VSOP
Sarajishvili VSOP is carefully blended from selected grape distillates, with the oldest component of the blend being 12 years old. Aging takes place in smaller oak barrels, which allows for a rich flavor profile – dried fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and other sweet spices.
The color features an amber hue with a subtle golden sheen. The aroma is fruity-oaky, with clear notes of plums, dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices. On the palate, it feels smooth and velvety; the taste is pleasantly bitter-sweet with spicy nuances, pastry, figs, and a fruity undertone of plums.
The Sarajishvili brand has roots since 1884, when it was founded by Georgian scientist and philanthropist David Sarajishvili, who was the first in the Russian Empire to introduce brandy production using the French method. Just three years later, he launched his first product on the market, and the brand received prestigious awards.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift cartons.
