Rum-Bar White Overproof

Rum-Bar White Overproof is a traditional Jamaican blended rum made from a mix of three unaged rums distilled in a copper Pot-Still. White Overproof comes from one of the best rum distilleries in the world. The entire distillation and aging process was overseen by Rum Master Gordon Clarke. After blending, it was bottled with an alcohol content of 63%.

Unlike other Jamaican rums, it was not created using Dunder. We recommend serving it with grapefruit juice or in various summer cocktails.

Aroma: grass, coconut, bananas, cane sugar, fruit
Taste: vanilla, bananas, exotic fruit, herbs, wood
Finish: long, fruit, apples, spice, flowers
