Royal Oporto 20 Year Old Old Tawny Porto Discontinued

Royal Oporto Tawny Porto 20 Years is produced using traditional methods. Hand-picked grapes are crushed and then fermented at controlled temperatures. Aging and blending occur under the winemaker's guidance according to fermentation temperatures, grape variety density, and desired sweetness. The final blend is the result of selecting wines aged from 8 to 22 years, which have matured in oak barrels. The grape varieties used are Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz. The fine port gradually loses its original dark purple color and acquires delicate yellow hints known as Tawny.

Aroma and Taste: simple fruitiness gradually recedes, giving way to subtle aromas of spice, sweet wood, walnuts, vanilla, jam, and oak. It showcases richness, a velvety texture, and a lingering finish.
