Primitivo Salento IGT Donna Maria Cantore di Castelforte

Dry, red wine, variety Primitivo, from the workshop of Cantore di Castelforte. Barrique does not recognize this primitive. It is made from 100% Primitivo grapes. It is full of feelings, smells and tastes, thanks to low-temperature production. It has an intense, wrapped and balanced aroma. We recommend serving at a temperature of 16-17 ° C.

Appearance: The color of the wine is dark garnet with a subtle violet hue on the surface. The gloss is adequate and the viscosity is very rich.
Aroma: The direct aromatic expression is moderately intense, composed of the tones of a dark gladiolus flower, accompanied by a small note reminiscent of sandalwood.
Taste: In the mouth, the wine is intense, calf, the expression is not very complex, but harmonious. The oral aroma is dominated by the note of prune and jam plum in alcohol.
