Primitivo Salento IGT Donna Maria Cantore di Castelforte

Dry red wine, variety Primitivo, from Cantore di Castelforte. This Primitivo does not know Barrique. It is made from 100% Primitivo grapes. It is full of sensations, aromas, and flavors, thanks to low-temperature production. It has an intense, enveloping, and balanced aroma. We recommend serving at a temperature of 16-17°C.

Appearance: The color of the wine is dark garnet with a slight purplish hue on the surface. The shine is moderate and the viscosity is very rich.
Aroma: The direct aromatic expression is medium intense, composed of notes of dark gladiolus flower, accompanied by a subtle note reminiscent of sandalwood.
Taste: In the mouth, the wine is intense, full-bodied, the expression is not overly complex, but harmonious. The mouth aroma is dominated by a note of dried plum and plum jam in alcohol.
