Description
Porta Leone Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry is an extra dry Italian white sparkling wine made from Glera grapes. This harvest is hand-picked on the 10th of September in the wine-growing region of Treviso in northern Italy (elevation 40 m above sea level). It ferments in a pressure tank with selected yeasts. It is bottled and then allowed to mature for several weeks in a controlled warehouse.
Perlage: fine and long
Color: pale yellow
Aroma: fruity with hints of apple, pear, acacia, citrus, and floral notes
Taste: refreshing
Excellent as an aperitif. Recommended with fish dishes, salads, vegetable dishes, and cheese. Best served at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
