Description

Porta Leone Prosecco Treviso is an extra dry Italian white sparkling wine, made from Glera grapes. This harvest is hand combed on September 10 in the wine region of Treviso in northern Italy (altitude 40 m above sea level). Fermentes in a pressure vessel with selected yeast. It is filled into bottles and then left to mature for several weeks in a prepared warehouse.

Beading: fine and long
Color: soft yellow
Aroma: fruity with hints of apple, pear, acacia, citrus and floral tones
Taste: refreshing

Excellent as an aperitif. Recommended for fish dishes, salads, vegetable dishes and cheese. It is best administered at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
