The flavor profile brings notes of cherries, raspberries, cranberries, and subtle earthy or spicy nuances. In cooler areas, Pinot Noir is fresh, mineral, and lively, while in warmer regions, it appears fuller, with a smoother texture and slightly sweet tones of ripe fruit. Aging in wood adds depth, gentle vanilla and toasty notes, and elegant complexity.
