Pierre Ferrand

Pierre Ferrand is a French brand of the finest and most exclusive cognacs in the world. Ferrand is one of the oldest wine-growing families in the Cognac region. It is safe to say that without the influence of Alexandre Gabriel, the Ferrand brand would not exist as we know it today.

Alexander met the family in 1989 and offered his expertise. His offer worked and today he is chairman and majority owner of Pierre Ferrand, which is based in the 18th-century Chateau de Bonbonnet.

The grapes harvested from these vineyards are slowly distilled by using Pot Still with a characteristic onion head and a capacity of just 25 hectolitres. The eau-de-vie is aged in small oak barrels located in seven different cellars, in which the temperature vary.
