Pear Brandy Rudolf Jelínek Page 1 of 1

Pear brandy is among the most sought-after fruit distillates for its noble aroma and smooth, balanced taste. It is made from ripe pears, most commonly the Williams variety, which gives it a typical sweet scent and a lightly spicy undertone.

How characterful pear brandy is created

Carefully selected pears are allowed to naturally ferment, enhancing their aroma and sweetness. After distillation, a pure, smooth distillate is produced, which ages for several months to years to achieve a harmonious flavor with a delicate hint of fruit.

How to enjoy it

It shines best at room temperature, when its fruity aroma fully develops. Pear brandy is an ideal digestif after a meal, but its elegance and smoothness can also impress on festive occasions.
