Paololeo Primitivo di Manduria D.O.C.
Primitivo di Manduria D.O.C. Paololeo is a dry, red wine made from 40-year-old Primitivo vines grown in the vicinity of Sava, in the heart of the Salento region of Apulia, in southern Italy. The wine matures in barrique barrels made of French oak, gaining a full body and smooth texture.
After a fresh, ripe taste of dark berry fruit with nuances of wild herbs, sweet wood, and earthy tones, a rich, full, and captivating finish follows. It pairs excellently with roasted red meat and aged cheeses.
We recommend decanting the wine 2 hours before serving.
