It is a traditional Polish spirit made from rye (or durum wheat) combined with pure mineral water, which gives it its characteristic purity and delicate sweetness.

The vodka undergoes precise distillation and subsequent filtration, although the exact number of distillations is not publicly disclosed. but Dębowa focuses on maintaining the traditional process. The combination of high-quality raw materials and careful water treatment results in a smooth, clean taste without any distinctive aromas.

The Dębowa brand draws inspiration from nature – the name ‘Lynx’ refers to the majesty and purity of the wild fauna in Polish forests. The philosophy is to create spirits that are ‘pure, traditional and free of unnecessary colourings or aromas’, which is also reflected in the minimalist packaging and the spring water used in the production process.
