Description
Naga Java Reserve Celebration is a limited design edition of Naga Java Reserve rum.
An Indonesian rum that will enchant you with a great balance between aroma and taste. It is produced in the northern part of the island of Java according to long-standing Asian traditions. The mixture of molasses and yeast fermented red rice is fermented in teak vats and then distilled in traditional Chinese stills.
The resulting rum is a combination of pot and column distillation. Java Reserve is aged for 3 years in teak barrels (a hardwood from Southeast Asia) and then 4 years in American bourbon barrels.
We can smell baking spices, cocoa, tropical fruits and sugar cane in the aroma of the rum. The taste is intense with fruit, nutmeg, cloves and also spices.
