The initial taste brings dry old oak wood (old European white oak) with a predominant bark and cork flavor. Later, notes of sweet wood, brown butter, vanilla, and caramel come to the forefront, but surprisingly, the flavor is not too sweet on the palate. The finish is slightly drier, with a lasting effect.
