Craftsmanship led by Billy Walker

The brand is backed by experienced master blender Billy Walker and the team at The GlenAllachie distillery. Attention to detail is present in every stage of production – from extended fermentation, through precise distillation, to the selection of high-quality oak casks for aging. An annual production of approximately 100,000 liters of distillate allows for the preservation of small batch character and high quality standards.

Thoughtful aging and flavor profile

Meikle Tòir whisky ages in carefully selected casks that shape its distinctive character. The typical profile combines peat smoke with notes of fruit, spice, and sweet wood.
