Auctioned temptation Lyra MAXIMUM Bean Dark is created by gradually coating crunchy roasted beans, layer by layer, piece by piece.
It starts with roasting Fino de Aroma cocoa beans from the Thumaco region, directly in the Lyra roaster, because only this way can their maximum freshness be achieved. They are then coated with a layer of fine 70% dark chocolate until solid crunchy chocolate balls are formed. The result cannot be more chocolatey.
