London Dry Gin is an icon of the gin world and still represents the quality standard against which other styles are compared. It is a style where the addition of artificial flavors, sweeteners, or colorings after distillation is prohibited. Thus, every drop comes exclusively from natural botanicals, giving the gin its exceptionally clean, dry profile.
