Le Jaja de Jau Sauvignon Blanc is a French white wine made from the 100% Sauvignon blanc grape variety, wine-growing region of IGP Côtes de Gascogne (coast of Gascony), France. It is this mild climate in French Gascony that allows grapes rich in new aromatic sensations to be grown. Jau wines are the flagship wines with a strong Mediterranean character without fads and cartoons. These are wines in which freshness, fruitiness and harmony meet.
