Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Rosso
Pronunciation: {Lambrusko Rozé di Bako Amábile Rosso}Lambrusco Rosso wine is produced in the traditional region of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy, typically from Lambrusco grape varieties. Its effervescence is achieved using the Charmat method - secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness, fruity character and delicate bubble structure.
The aroma is rich and fruity, with red berry notes (cherries, strawberries) and floral accents. The palate is juicy with a slight sweetness and red berry fruit, while the delicate effervescence refreshes and adds a light character.
Serve well chilled (approx. 6 – 10°C) to bring out the fruity notes and bubbles. Great as an aperitif, a refreshing drink in summer or with dishes such as pizza, pasta, cheese or desserts.
Lambrusco Rosso – Rose di Bacco is produced by Chiarli 1860, considered a traditional and prestigious Lambrusco producer with a strong family heritage in the Emilia-Romagna region.
