Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Rosato
Pronunciation: {Lambrusko Rozé di Bako Amábile Rozáto}Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Rosato comes from the Emilia-Romagna region, specifically from the Modena area in northern Italy. It is produced by the prestigious Chiarli 1860 winery, the oldest and one of the most important producers of Lambrusco in the country.
The wine is made using the traditional Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness, pronounced fruitiness and a delicate frizzante effervescence.
The aroma is dominated by fresh red berries – strawberries, raspberries and cherries – complemented by delicate floral accents. On the palate, Lambrusco is slightly semi-sweet (Amabile), with a balanced combination of fruity juiciness and subtle residual sugar. The delicate effervescence gives the wine a playful character and leaves a fresh sensation on the palate, making it an attractive drink for both everyday and festive occasions.
This Lambrusco is best enjoyed well chilled (6 - 8 °C) to bring out its freshness and lightness. It is suitable as an aperitif, but also excels with food – it is a great accompaniment to Italian pizza, pasta, antipasti, cheese or lighter desserts. Thanks to its lower alcohol content (7,5 %), it is a pleasant companion for longer gatherings or celebrations.
