Choose the right glasses for prosecco or champagne and enjoy them as they should be.
Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Rosato comes from the Emilia-Romagna region, specifically from the Modena area in northern Italy. It is produced by the prestigious Chiarli 1860 winery, the oldest and one of the most significant producers of Lambrusco in the country.
The wine is made using the traditional Charmat method, where secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness, pronounced fruitiness, and delicate frizzante bubbles.
The aroma is dominated by fresh red berries – strawberries, raspberries, and cherries – complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, Lambrusco is slightly off-dry (Amabile), with a balanced combination of fruity juiciness and gentle residual sugar. The fine bubbles add playfulness to the wine and leave a refreshing sensation on the palate, making it an attractive drink for both everyday and festive moments.
This Lambrusco is best enjoyed well chilled (6 – 8 °C), to highlight its freshness and lightness. It works well as an aperitif, but also shines with food – it pairs wonderfully with Italian pizza, pasta, antipasti, cheeses, or lighter desserts. With a lower alcohol content (7.5 %), it is a pleasant companion for longer gatherings or celebrations.
