Lambrusco Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Bianco
Pronunciation: {Lambrusko Rozé di Bako Amábile Bjanko}
Choose the right glasses for prosecco or champagne and enjoy them as they should be.
Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Bianco comes from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, specifically the area around Modena, and is produced by the prestigious Chiarli 1860 winery - the oldest and most renowned producer of Lambrusco in the region.
The wine is made from a single variety of Lambrusco, vinified using the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation takes place in tanks — resulting in freshness, lightness, and a delicate sparkle.
The aroma features an elegant combination of white currants and gooseberries, complemented by subtle citrus notes (e.g., mango, lemon). The taste is medium sweet (Amabile), with a fruity, light, and sparkling body that leaves a fresh, playful impression.
Best enjoyed well chilled (8 - 10 °C), ideally as an aperitif or a light “party” drink. It pairs wonderfully with chicken served with ginger-red cabbage salad, stir-fried vegetables with fish, or with jammy fruits in desserts.
