Lambrusco Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Bianco
Pronunciation: {Lambrusko Rozé di Bako Amábile Bjanko}Lambrusco Rose di Bacco Amabile Bianco comes from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, specifically the area around Modena, and is produced by the prestigious Chiarli 1860 winery, the oldest and most renowned producer of Lambrusco in the region.
The wine is made from a single Lambrusco grape variety, vinified using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks, resulting in freshness, lightness and delicate effervescence.
The aroma is dominated by an elegant combination of white currants and gooseberries, complemented by subtle citrus notes (e.g. mango, lemon). The taste is moderately sweet (Amabile), with a fruity, light and sparkling body that leaves a fresh, playful impression.
Best enjoyed well chilled (8 - 10°C), ideal as an aperitif or light party drink. Pairs well with chicken with ginger and red cabbage salad, wok-fried vegetables with fish, or jammy fruits in desserts.
