Kwai Feh Lychee
Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur is a smooth fruit liqueur with origins in the Netherlands, inspired by Chinese culture and history.
Its name refers to the legendary beauty Yang Kuei Fei, concubine of the T'ang Dynasty Emperor, who was known for her love of fresh lychee. The emperor had the fruit imported from southern China on fast horses to please her. The liqueur is made with natural lychee extracts, alcohol, water and sugar, giving it an authentic taste and aroma.
In appearance, Kwai Feh is clear to soft pink, with a distinct and refreshing aroma of ripe lychee, complemented by floral notes. The taste is smooth and sweet, with intense lychee notes, subtle hints of flowers and honey. The finish is fresh and short with a fruity lychee aftertaste.
This liqueur is ideal as a base for a variety of cocktails such as Martinis, Collins, Daiquiris, Margaritas, Mojitos and Fizz. Its delicate flavour and aroma add an exotic touch to drinks.
