Kwai Feh Lychee
Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur is a delicate fruit liqueur originating from the Netherlands, inspired by Chinese culture and history.
Its name refers to the legendary beauty Yang Kuei Fei, a concubine of the T’ang dynasty emperor, who was known for her love of fresh lychee. The emperor had this fruit imported from southern China on swift horses to please her. The liqueur is made from natural lychee extracts, alcohol, water, and sugar, giving it an authentic taste and aroma.
In appearance, Kwai Feh is clear to lightly pink, with a pronounced and refreshing aroma of ripe lychee, complemented by floral notes. The taste is smooth and sweet, with intense lychee tones, subtle hints of flowers and honey. The finish is fresh and short with a fruity lychee aftertaste.
This liqueur is ideal as a base for various cocktails, such as Martinis, Collins, Daiquiris, Margaritas, Mojitos, and Fizz. Its delicate taste and aroma add an exotic touch to drinks.
