Slovak white dry varietal wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Grape variety Pinot Gris, vintage 2023, South Slovak Wine Region, village Jasová.
The wine has an elegant, yellow-green color. The aroma of vine flower is robustly complemented by grapefruit and pomelo notes, thanks to its growing location. The taste is pronounced, juicy, and finishes with a typical almond note.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 12 to 14 °C with heavier dishes that it will blend nicely with.
