Juraj Zápražný Gewürztraminer 2022

Slovak dry white wine Gewürztraminer with the quality varietal attribute, from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Vintage 2022, South Slovak wine-growing region, village Jasová. The wine comes from a family company, which manages several hectares of its own vineyards.

Wine of a richer golden-yellow shade with a penetrating typical spicy aroma supported by rose oil and agave honey. In taste, elegant minerality is joined by rich tropical fruits, especially lychee. It gradually turns into dried figs and honey.

This variety belongs to the pride of winemaking, so the emphasis is on treating it both in the vineyard and in the cellar to the maximum possible limit. The interesting thing is that Tramín red has a pink to red berry color, but despite this, a deep yellow wine is made from it. We recommend serving at a temperature of 12-14 °C. Sugar content at harvest is 22,5°NM. Residual sugar 3.1 g/l and acids 7.5 g/l.

Bottle maturity 1-4 years at a storage temperature of 10-12 °C.
