This sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat method (tank fermentation), which ensures fresh and clean bubbles. Top-quality blue grape varieties are used, primarily Sweet Saint Lawrence and Blaufränkisch, which give the sparkling wine its characteristic pink colour and fruity structure.
The aroma is delicate and appealing, with hints of cinnamon combined with a fresh aromatic interplay of red fruits, evoking a sense of maturity and elegance.
