Finally, it is subtly sweetened with honey to achieve the perfect balance between the gentle dryness of the sloes and the floral freshness of Hernö Gin.
The base of this sloe gin is Hernö Dry Gin. This organic gin draws inspiration from the nature of the UNESCO World Heritage High Coast in Sweden and is made from organic grain distillate from Swedish wheat, crystal-clear water from its own well, and carefully selected botanicals from around the world. These include juniper, sloes, black pepper, cassia, coriander, lemon peel, vanilla, meadowsweet, cranberries, and a delicate floral note.
