Description
Hernö Old Tom Gin tasting miniature - volume 0.05 l. This gin is made on the same basis as the classic Hernö Gin, but with an extra dose of medicinal elm added to the distillation process. After distilling and refining the gin to a pleasant 43% alcohol content, a fine dose of sugar also adds to the recipe. The sweet gin of flower tones, the generous dose of junipers and the excellent smooth taste stand out in this gin.
Aroma : reflects full body, woody spices followed by bright, juicy junipers and floral tones of longing
Taste : super-smooth texture with slightly sweet and plant tones, junipers, greens and pine cones
Conclusion : floral-sweet, intermingling with woody spices with a characteristic long-lasting taste of juniper
