Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut is an Italian dry prosecco (white sparkling wine) with a controlled and protected origin. It is made from the best bunches of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard (Veneto wine region - mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy).

Aroma : pure with the typical intensity and elegance of fruit, pears and green apple appear in the introduction, followed by an still unripe white peach with wild spring flowers

It is excellent as an aperitif and during meals, it is perfectly combined with raw fish and seafood, fresh and cream cheeses, or spicy dishes.
