Gin & Tonic – a classic that never gets old
The history of the legendary drink
Gin & Tonic originated in the 19th century, when British officers in India mixed gin with tonic containing quinine, a substance that helped fight malaria. The combination of bitter tonic and aromatic gin quickly gained popularity, and the medicinal drink became a refreshing summer cocktail.
The recipe was gradually refined – from simple army rations to sophisticated combinations with citrus, spices, and floral notes.

Pink Gin & Tonic – a romantic version of a classic
Pink Gin & Tonic was created as a modern variation on the classic G&T. It uses pink gins with fruit or floral flavors and pink tonics, which soften the bitterness and give the drink a fruity, slightly sweet tone.
This drink is not only balanced in taste, but also visually appealing – ideal for ladies' nights, summer parties or as a wedding welcome drink. If you prefer a milder, fruitier taste, try combining it with pink tonic (e.g., with hints of strawberry, rose, or pink pepper).
It goes great with Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin or Sir Edmond Vanilla Gin – the result is a visually appealing, fresh, and aromatic cocktail, perfect for summer evenings.
