Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pine Blossom Discontinued

Another variant of their Dry Gin 28 comes from the Belgian distillers Filliers, this time with a refreshing breeze of pine flower running through its core. This rich and earthy Dry Gin 28 by Filliers with pine flower is intensely refreshing and easily stands out in cocktails.

Aroma: kaffir lime and lemon freshness, a hint of spice, plenty of juniper, and strong whiffs of summer forest air.
Taste: incredibly creamy, with notes of crushed mint leaf, vanilla pod, and fresh spicy pine.
Finish: long and warming with a very tasty hint of ice cream right at the end.
Overall impression: this gin screams “freshness” in 72-point font, yet inside you’ll find complex earthy tones that round it out nicely.
