Another variant of their Dry Gin 28 comes from the Belgian distilleries Filliers, this time with a refreshing breeze of a pine blossom passing through its center. This rich and earthy Dry Gin 28 by Filliers with a pine flower is intensely refreshing and easily stands out in cocktails.
Aroma: camphor lime and lemon freshness, a grain of pepper, lots of juniper and strong gusts of forest air in summer.
Taste: wonderfully creamy, tones of crushed mint leaf, vanilla teat and fresh spicy pine.
Conclusion: long and warm with a very tasty hint of ice cream right at the end.
Overall impression: this gin screams "freshness" with a font size of 72, but inside you will find complex earthy tones that round it up nicely.
