Fernet Stock is a legendary herbal Czech liqueur with a rich history, produced since 1927 according to the secret family recipe of Lionello Stock. Interestingly, the production of this bitter herbal drink began in response to a breach of a gentleman's agreement between Stock and a competing company, which led to the family recipe being pulled from the safe and the first Fernet Stock being mixed directly in the Plzeň distillery.

It contains 14 carefully selected herbs from around the world, which are hand-processed and macerated in triple-distilled alcohol. This process takes several months and ensures the bitter and balanced taste that is characteristic of this drink. In the end, it is refined with Plzeň water and natural caramel, achieving its distinctive color and minimal sugar content. But the entire recipe is strictly secret.
