Fernet Stock 1l

Fernet Stock is one of the most famous Czech herbal liqueurs, with a history dating back to 1927. It is produced at the Stock Plzeň-Božkov distillery according to an original recipe that combines a special blend of more than 14 types of herbs and spices sourced from around the world.

The herbs are macerated in alcohol to release their natural flavor and aroma, followed by aging and a delicate caramel flavoring. This process creates the characteristic bitter-sweet profile that is unmistakable for Fernet Stock.

The aroma is dominated by intense herbal notes with hints of mint, anise, quinine, and spices. The taste is distinctly bitter, complex – with a combination of herbs, roots, earthy tones, subtle caramel and a long-lasting bitter aftertaste.

Fernet Stock is traditionally served chilled neat, but it is also ideal as part of mixed drinks. It is particularly popular in combination with tonic (“Bavarian”), ginger beer, or as an addition to hot beverages.
