Dead Man's Fingers Spiced
Dead Man's Fingers Spiced is a blend of Caribbean rums and spices created at Rum & Crab Shack in St. Louis. Ives, Cornwall.
Inspired by local flavors such as Saffaron Cake, spicy fruit and Pedro Ximinez's own ice cream from Shack. Enjoy this rum alone, with ice or in a cocktail. This is the Cornish soul.
The base is a blend of Caribbean rums, flavored with natural spices, vanilla, orange peel, and a hint of exotic tones. The aroma brings sweet vanilla caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, citrus oranges, and hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple and raisins.
The taste reveals a rich profile spiced rum: vanilla, dried fruit (raisins), orange, Pedro Ximénez ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with a subtle spicy undertone of spices. The finish is warm and sweet, with lingering spices and a sweet aftertaste of orange and vanilla.
The rum tastes great neat or on the rocks, if you want to tone down the sweetness. It also works great in cocktails – e.g. Spiced Rum & Cola, Highball or mixed drinks with ice cream or citrus fruits.
