Cognac Davidoff VS Selection Speciale is a blend of eaux-de-vie from Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and Bons Bois. An original cognac from a Swiss family brand founded by Zino Davidoff.
It is a smooth, refined blend of more than 15 different eaux-de-vie made from Ugni Blanc grapes from the Bons Bois, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois terroirs. The youngest is 2 years old and the average age is 3 years.
This is a modern and contemporary cognac Very Special that allows consumers to fully enjoy the moment. Davidoff Cognac works closely with over 50 carefully selected winemakers and 4 distillers. This ensures the highest quality blends. It is a young cognac with a wealth of flavor and aroma.
The terroir Fins Bois is known for providing blends with good complexity and body. Bons Bois produces eaux-de-vie that mature faster and is known for its fruity quality. Petite Champagne is known for producing very fine cognacs due to the high chalk content in the soil.
On the palate, it is full of smooth notes of caramel and vanilla that harmonize with vibrant apricot notes and an earthy chestnut finish.
