Description

Cynar is an Italian aperitif liqueur made using 13 different plants. The main flavor is actually artichoke and its name Cynar comes from the Latin word for artichoke, Cynara scolymus. It has a hot-sweet taste and is good with ice, soda and a slice of orange (very popular in Italy). It fits well into cocktails made from Campari, where it can replace Campari with great effect.
