Aroma: Spicy sherry, dried plums, and fruit salad. Caramels, vanilla, and a bit of syrup while not being too heavy.
Taste: Creamy vanilla and oak along with dried fruit, more sherry notes, and apricot.
Finish: Spicy with drying oak.
