The wine is greenish-yellow in colour, the aroma is full of meadow flowers. The taste is fresh after lime with a tangy acidity. The aftertaste is strongly mineral to slightly salty.
The wine is recommended to be served with hard cheeses and seafood, heavily chilled at 9 °C, in white wine glasses.
Bottle maturity is up to 5 years. This is a 100 % vegan wine.
