The sparkling wine, Sekt Selection from the Grand Bari winery is produced by the traditional method of secondary fermentation directly in the bottle for a minimum period of 36 months, white brut, variety Furmint, vintage 2017, Tokaj wine region.
Bright golden colour with intense and persistent bubbles. The aroma has the crust of honest baked bread with a lemony edge. The extraordinary Sekt Selection from Furmint brings out the brilliant fruity balance, complexity and luxury of the Slovak Tokaj in the Crém De la Crém flavour.
The wine is recommended with freshwater fish, soft cheeses and as a welcome drink, chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.
