Wine of a greenish-yellow color, the aroma is full of meadow flowers. The taste is fresh with lime and a spicy acidity. The aftertaste is strongly mineral to slightly salty.
We recommend serving the wine with hard cheeses and seafood, well chilled at a temperature of 9 °C, in white wine glasses.
Bottled maturity is up to 5 years. This is a 100% vegan wine.
